Meet your PTO Leadership

  • Jestina Fraser- President

    Welcome, Shelledy Families!
My name is Jestina Fraser, and I am honored to serve as your PTO President for the 2025/2026 school year.
My family and I have been part of the Grand Valley since 2007, and we have happily called Fruita home for the last eight years. Like many of you, my days revolve around the school bell schedule! I have three wonderful children here at Shelledy, currently in 5th grade, 2nd grade, and Pre-K.
My journey into this role started simply. When my oldest was in first grade, I began volunteering in the classroom. I quickly fell in love with the energy of our students and the incredible dedication of our teachers and staff. I knew I wanted to do more to support this community, which led me to join the PTO.
Moving from a classroom volunteer to PTO board member has been a rewarding journey, driven by a desire to ensure every student and staff member feels supported. I look forward to working with all of you to make this a fantastic year for our kids!

  • Suni Fourney- Vice President

Hi, I’m Suni Fourney, and I have had the pleasure of serving as your PTO Vice President since the Spring 2025 semester.
I am a Shelledy Bobcat through and through! Having lived in Fruita my entire life, this community is incredibly near and dear to my heart. I am currently a proud parent to a 4th grader here at Shelledy, and I’m looking forward to having another little Bobcat starting Pre-K soon.
Being part of the Shelledy community is so important to me, and I love being able to give back to the school that has always been such a big part of my life. I'm excited to continue working with our families to make this school year wonderful for all our kids!

  • Meghan Storm- Secretary

Hello, I am Meghan storm and I am happy to be part of the Shelledy PTO. I am a mother of two amazing boys. I am from Placitas New Mexico, so I love Albuquerque International Hot air Ballon fiesta and so do me kids, we go every year. I moved to Fruita Colorado in 2017 for my husband to take over the family business and be closer to family. I love all activities involving mountains and lakes. I joined the PTO to make my boys school experience an enjoyable and memorable time. I want to be involved with the parents and kids of the Shelledy community to set up activities for everyone to interact outside of school.

  • Amanda Moore- Treasurer

Hello Shelledy Friends and Family! My name is Amanda Moore. I am the proud mama of 3 boys, two current bobcats in 2nd and 4th grades and a future bobcat in Pre-K.

Outside of the PTO I am a labor and delivery nurse and a professor in the college of nursing at CMU, so as you can tell I have a passion for my field, and for education. I love hiking, reading a good book, and a cup of coffee.

I joined the PTO because I love to be involved in my kiddos life’s. I wanted to be able to support our Bobcat community! Being able to interact with educators, staff, and students has been so fun. The way the other ladies in our mighty group come together to creatively support teachers, and bring fun to the students is amazing, and I am proud to be a part of this leadership team.
